Day 78 – Dammam

Hello all, today’s post from the city I live in which is Dammam, I decided this time to visit an area which is old but without random streets & alleys, mostly it had residential buildings with lots of foreign people and few Saudi people who still live there 

مرحبا جميعاً، تدوينة اليوم هي من المدينة التي أعيش فيها وهي الدمام، قررت زيارة أحد الأحياء ويسمى بحي القزاز، الحي قديم ولكنه خالي من التخطيط العشوائي والممرات الضيقة، معظم سكان هذا الحي هم من المقيمين الأجانب ويوجد بعض العوائل السعودية التي لا تزال تعيش هناك.

One of the first scenes when I arrived here, this man is collecting bread leftovers to sell it later, somehow the writings in the background “the future is lost” tells a story with this man

أحد المشاهد الأولى عندما وصلت هنا، هذا الرجل يقوم بجمع بقايا الخبز لكي يبيعها لاحقاً، بشكل ما الكتابة الموجودة في الخلفية ربما تحكي قصة هذا الرجل

These two Saudis lived here their entire lives, the first one moved to live in this new building behind him but the 2nd says that he still lives in the same house for a long time

إلتقيت بإثنين سعوديين من الحي عاشوا حياتهم هنا، الأول يقول أنه انتقل منذ فترة في المبنى الجديد خلفه وأما الثاني يقول أنه لا يزال يعيش في نفس المنزل منذ سنين طويلة

One of the streets there is like a Sudanese street, all kind of shops the name ends with Sudanese plus I’ve met a few Sudanese hanging out there as well

أحد الشوارع هناك يبدو كأنه شارع من دولة السودان، مختلف المحلات هناك وجميعها الاسم ينتهي بـ سوداني بالإضافة أنني إلتقيت ببعض الرجال من السودان كانوا يقضون وقتهم هناك

One of the oldest markets there but most of the shops are closed

أحد أقدم الأسواق موجود في هذا الحي ولكن معظم المحلات به مغلقة
