Zuhair A. Al-Traifi, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Begun photography in early 2010 and after a year I realized my passion lies on taking portrait from the streets. In the late of 2013 I begun a project about the Streets of Saudi Arabia in goal to photograph the lives on the streets and document the places & the cities in the country and I’m still working on it. In beginning of 2015 I started learning more in Documentary photography & film photography

Hello Zuhair…I first ran across your photos on the Digital Photography School site and later read your article on street photography. I am very impressed by your street photography and the way you have captured the character of people! Beautiful and compelling photos! I am an expat living in the same area of KSA as you and have been very hesitant to photograph in public around here. Your photos have given me inspiration to give it a try. If you have any pointers for an expat photographer to make sure I don’t run into trouble photographing in KSA, I would love for you to pass them my way. Keep up the great work! Mike

I can say that street photography in Saudi Arabia is hard and tough, really tough at some point, that’s why a lot don’t do it and also a few of us like the challenge like me and just do it !
