Back with the last part of Buraydah city in Qassim Region, in this photowalk I managed to arrive at an area called AlOjaibah area beside one of the markets which was full of stories, because it was morning there wasn’t many activities inside the alleys, but in the market near it there plenty enough I walked there for more then 2 hours exploring the area and capturing stories. I hope you enjoy this one too!
عودة مع الجزء الأخير من مدينة بريدة بمنطقة القصيم، في هذه الجولة وصلت إلى أحد الأحياء الكبيرة بجانب أحد الأسواق يسمى حي العجيبة والذي كان مليئاً بالقصص المختلفة وبسبب أن الفترة كانت بالصباح كان هناك نشاطاً قليلاً داخل الحي بعكس السوق الملاصق له، تجولت هناك لأكثر من ساعتين ألتقط تلك اللحظات والقصص، أتمنى أن تعجبكم هذه الجولة!
After I parked my car, I saw this stairs which reminded me of Taif, & Makkah which I saw lots of them that shows how the area isn’t on a flat ground
بعد أن أوقفت سيارتي، رأيت هذا العتبات من الدرج والتي ذكرتني مباشرة في مدينتي الطائف ومكة والتي كانت مليئة بها والتي تدل على أن المكان هذا على سطح غير مستوي
It was early morning, a lot of people either in work or at home, I started exploring the places, the doors, the houses
كان الوقت بالصباح الباكر، الكثير من السكان كانوا بعضهم بالعمل والبعض الأخر بالمنزل، بدأت باستكشاف المكان والأبواب والمنازل
The Yellow Eagle
النسر الأصفر
Like lots of area, this one was filled with wall writings of all kinds
مثل أغلب الأحياء، هذا الحي كان مليء بكتابات الجدران من كل الأنواع
In case you wondering, it didn’t catch it!
في حال كنتم تتسائلون، لم تمسك بها
Next to this area is a famous street in Buraydah called AlKhobaib St. which is filled with foreign workers who usually wait for anyone who needs work to be done, this kind of street exist in major cities like Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and many others. As I understood a lot of foreign workers make their livings like this, total blind luck!
بجانب هذا الحي أحد الشوارع الرئيسية والمشهورة في بريدة وهو شارع الخبيب ، هذا الشارع مليء بالعمالة الأجنبية وهم عادة ينتظرون العمل من أي شخص يحتاج ذلك، هذا النوع من الشوارع موجود في معظم المدن الرئيسية بالمملكة مثل جدة والرياض والدمام وغيرهم. مثل ما فهمت بأن بعض هؤلاء العمالة الأجنبية رزقهم بهذه الطريقة !

Relaxing
It’s funny how a grocery store offers different kind of food and at the the bottom they throw out Arabian, like they are saying “Yeah we have that since we are in an Arabian country) but yeah this is from an alley filled with foreign people so it’s ok
من الظريف مشاهدة أحد البقالات تكتب بالخارج ملاحظة بأن هناك أطعمة غذائية من دول مختلفة وبالأخير تضع أن هناك أطعمة عربية وكأنها تقصد ( نعم لدينا طعام عربي بما أننا في دولة عربية مو مشكلة ) ولكن نرجع ونقول بأن هذه البقالة موجودة داخل أحد الممرات المليئة بالسكان الأجنبية
Seeking a piece of meat patiently so the butcher throw it to him
قط ينتظر بصبر قطعة من اللحم يرميها له الجزار
I can’t remember exactly the location of this, but I’m sure that I left the main street heading back to the area I was in ( it’s a large area ) then I captured this moment that I loved
لا أستطيع التذكر بالضبط مكان هذه الصورة ولكن متأكد بأنني غادرت الشارع الرئيسي للعودة للحي الذي كنت أتجول به ( مساحة الحي كبيرة ) ثم إلتقطت هذه اللحظة التي أحببتها كثيراً
In the way back to the area I saw this small market
في طريق عودتي لداخل الحي مررت بهذا السوق الصغير
On the side of the street there was some who sell vegetables and one of them is this nice man
كان على جانب الشارع بعض ممن يبيعون الخضروات وأحدهم هذا الرجل الطيب

Random people
A happy moments in my photowalk, I run into these 4 kids who were just getting back from school on the way home, they are out early because the vacation will start the day after! Holding in their hands are their printed certificates & grades plus a gift for each one ( In my days there were exams for a whole week and no gift! )
لحظات سعيدة في جولتي، إلتقيت مصادفة بأربعة أطفال كانوا للتو قد خرجوا من المدرسة متوجهين إلى منازلهم، خرجوا مبكر لأن اليوم التالي هي بداية الاجازة لهم! وحاملين بيدهم شهاداتهم ودرجاتهم بالاضافة إلى هدية لكل واحد فيهم ( في أيامي كنا نختبر لمدة أسبوع كامل ولم نكن نحصل على هدية! )ـ
Back to the same street my car was parked but still away from it, and I saw lots of these stairs here too, so I decided I go up on one of them
عدت إلى نفس الشارع المتوقفة به سيارتي ولكنها بعيدة بعض الشيء وشاهدت عدة ممرات بهذا الدرج، لذا صعدت على احداها إلى الاعلى
Kids just gone out from school & heading back home, note it was a cold wether in that day so the boy in the right is wearing a traditional warm cloth
صبيين عائدين من المدرسة إلى المنزل، كان ذلك الجو بارداً ذلك اليوم
This is by all means the weirdest sign I’ve encountered so far! the sign says ” No Parking, beware if getting a flat tire” Yes from the sound of it there serious and they all neighbors in the 3 photos
هذا لحد الآن أغرب شيء واجهته من اللوحات التحذيرية، مكتوب ” ممنوع الوقوف احذر البنشرة ” والمقصود اذا توقفت سيقومون على الأغلب بعمل ضرر لإطارات السيارة! هذه الثلاث صور لبيوت متقاربة مع بعضها البعض لذا يبدو الأمر جدياً

More kids are showing up who just left school heading for home, some still hang with each other
المزيد من الأطفال والذين غادروا المدرسة للتو، بعضهم متجه إلى المنزل والاخر يقضون بعض الوقت مع بعضهم
In the end of my photowalk I saw these kids playing football near their house
في نهاية جولتي وجدت هؤلاء الصبية يلعبون كرة القدم بالقرب من منزلهم
